SHELF Detail for Item 917 |  Bovey Tracey creamware cradle with baby (right), shown with a fine reproduction of a Bovey Tracey cradle. The baby's head on the original is unusually large and appears to be cast from an adult mold, where the head on the reproduction is more typical. Original: Circa 1750-1836; 4 3/4 inches long, 3 7/8 inches high. Cradle handles missing, otherwise perfect. Reproduction: 3 5/8 inches long; 4 5/8 inches high. Sold together.
